DANIEL ABRAMSON
Daniel Abramson is a passionate educator who has developed and implemented many hands-on social justice initiatives with students and teachers. He has been a teacher both inside and outside of the classroom, in formal and informal educational environments, to students and young adults alike. Daniel is currently working as the Curriculum Development Director of the Tikkun Project, an initiative aimed at bringing Social Justice learning to the heart of K-8 core curriculum studies. Daniel has developed a meaningful understanding of Jewish text-based approaches to social action and Daniel has published articles about best pedagogical practices in Science, Visual Art, and Environmental Education. In addition to his teaching and curriculum writing experience, Daniel is currently pursuing a Master of Education at OISE, with a special emphasis on curriculum studies and teacher development.
