ITP was selected from nearly 350 applicants nationwide to join the inaugural cohort of the UpTide Accelerator, created by the 92nd Street Y’s Belfer Center for Innovation & Social Impact, in partnership with SEED SPOT and a national network of philanthropic and social-impact leaders.

UpTide was created for organizations that have demonstrated measurable community impact and are ready to scale proven, replicable solutions to America's growing crisis of disconnection. The inaugural fellowship selected just five nonprofit leaders whose work is strengthening relationships and rebuilding community in innovative ways.

Across the country, people increasingly live, learn, worship, and socialize in separate worlds. ITP creates an alternative: rather than asking neighbors to debate their differences, we invite them to create together.
At the fellowship’s culminating Showcase at 92NY, ITP Executive Director and Co-Founding Artist Jon Adam Ross presented our vision for bringing creative bridge-building to communities across the country.

And ITP’s pitch won the Audience Choice Award!
